By booking an appointment with Bleu Aesthetics Clinic, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies are in place to ensure a safe, professional, and respectful experience for all clients.

Appointments & Deposits

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
• This deposit will be deducted from the final cost of your treatment.
• Appointments without a deposit may not be confirmed.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

• At least 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your deposit.
• If you do not attend your appointment or arrive more than 15 minutes late, the appointment will be cancelled and the deposit forfeited. The card on file may be charged the remaining balance.

Refunds

• All services are non-refundable.
• Due to the nature of aesthetic treatments, results are not guaranteed and vary by individual.
• You are paying for the practitioner's time, product, and expertise — not a specific outcome.
• Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction with results once the treatment has been carried out.

Treatment Eligibility & Medical Forms

• Not all clients will be suitable for every treatment. Your safety is our priority.
• A full consultation and completion of medical forms are required before treatment.
• You may be asked to provide a copy of your photo ID for safety and verification.

Late Arrivals & No Shows

• Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be refused treatment and will forfeit their deposit.
• Repeat no-shows or late arrivals may result in refusal of future bookings.

Complaints & Post Treatment Concerns

• If you experience any issues following treatment, please notify us within 7 days so we can advise or review your case appropriately.
• We are committed to resolving concerns professionally and promptly.

Age Restrictions

• Clients must be 18 years or older to receive treatment. ID may be requested.

Conduct & Safety

• Bleu Aesthetics Clinic reserves the right to refuse treatment to anyone demonstrating inappropriate, abusive, or unsafe behavior.

These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically. Continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of the most recent version.
